Return and Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. This policy applies to both unwanted items and items that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described.

Return Condition

To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and returned with its original packaging and included components. We may ask for photos or other reasonable information to assess damaged, defective, incorrect, or misdescribed items.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened personal-care items, cosmetics, underwear, swimwear, and final-sale items cannot be returned for change of mind, except where the item is defective, incorrect, or not as described, or where required by law.

How to Start a Return

Email support@mililrn.shop or call 925-247-4686 within the return window. Include your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. Do not send an item back until we provide return instructions and the return address.

Return Shipping Cost

mililrn covers the reasonable return shipping cost when the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described. For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless applicable law requires otherwise. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you the approval or rejection decision. If approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are refunded when the return is caused by our error; otherwise they are not refunded. Your payment provider may take 7 to 14 business days to post the refund after it is issued.

Exchanges and Cancellations

We do not offer direct exchanges. You may return an eligible item and place a new order. To request a cancellation before shipment, contact us as soon as possible. We will confirm whether cancellation is still possible; once an order has shipped, use the return process above.
